Raunaq's journey began with a formal grounding in cinematic language and storytelling at Prague Film School, followed by nine years in advertising—where storytelling meets scale, speed, and audience insight. Working closely with brands, he has helped transform abstract ideas into compelling narratives that drive visibility, recall, and emotional engagement.
This dual exposure—to cinema and commercial storytelling—has sharpened his ability to balance creative ambition with executional discipline, an approach that now informs We Chitra's filmmaking ethos.

Seema Sali is a behavioural science enthusiast and storyteller who believes that emotion lies at the centre of every human action and decision. An alumna of the Institute of Moving Images, she brings over 35 years of professional experience across corporate, leadership, and human development spaces.
Seema's career spans three and a half decades in corporate and people-centric roles, where she has worked closely with individuals and organisations to unlock potential, navigate transitions, and pursue purpose-driven paths. Her engagement with cinema emerges from this deep understanding of human psychology, relationships, and emotional truth.
Her approach to storytelling is informed not by spectacle, but by lived experience—observing how people love, struggle, endure, and evolve. This grounding gives We Chitra its emotional authenticity and moral depth.
